    Mr. Rudd was appointed to the roles of CEO and director in August 2020, and has been leading the company’s transformation to a professional services organization.

    Mr. Rudd has held a series of operational and financial leadership roles since joining AECOM in 2009, including his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer where he directed the company’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, global shared services, internal audit, tax, treasury, and led the company’s M&A activities. Previously, he was responsible for AECOM’s Americas Design and Consulting (DCS) business. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Rudd was a partner for 10 years with KPMG.
