Daniel R. Tishman
Daniel R. Tishman was named to our Board of Directors in July 2010. He is formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Construction Corp., one of the largest and most experienced builders in the world, which joined AECOM in July of 2010. Tishman Construction Corp. was founded in 1898 and remained at the forefront of the industry under Mr. Tishman’s leadership. Mr. Tishman is Vice Co Chairman, Principal, and Founder of Tishman, which develops, owns and manages a private portfolio of hospitality properties and invests in a broad spectrum of opportunities. He currently serves on the boards the Conservation Fund, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medicine and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, among others. He and his wife Sheryl are founders of the NorthLight Foundation. He was previously chairman of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s Airport Advisory Panel and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Board of Governors and Executive Committee. Mr. Tishman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.
