DMJM Harris acquires Korve Engineering, Inc.

NEW YORK (Oct. 6, 2006) — DMJM Harris is pleased to announce its acquisition of Korve Engineering Inc., a civil engineering and planning firm, based in Oakland, California with offices in Los Angeles and San Jose, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Integration of the two corporations will be completed by December 2006.

All of Korve Engineering's employees have joined DMJM Harris and will continue to provide the same level of excellent service to all of their existing clients and projects.

Established in 1987, Korve Engineering Inc. provides a full range of transportation planning, traffic engineering, civil design, rail planning and design services. Korve Engineering has a reputation of excellence and innovation in transportation and development-related projects.

Korve Engineering's client roster reflects its project experience in both public and private sectors. The firm's portfolio includes signature projects such as the Bay Area Rapid Transit study for the Metropolitan Transportation Commission; planning and design development of Hunters Point Shipyard and the new 49ers Stadium in San Francisco; the I-80/680/780 Corridor Study for Solano Transportation Authority; Vasona and Capitol Corridor projects for Santa Clara VTA; and program management and design for the Alameda Corridor East in Los Angeles.
