Project, construction-management firm expands AECOM's global footprint in Russia, Eastern Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 1, 2009--
AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM), a leading provider of

and commercial clients around the world, announced today that it has
acquired Savant.
Savant, which has approximately 600 employees, provides project, cost
and construction-management consultancy services to both private and
public clients in 13 countries throughout Europe. The acquisition of
Savant expands AECOM’s global presence, particularly in Russia, Eastern
Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
