Firm strengthens AECOM’s construction-management, design services in
transportation market
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2009--
AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM), a leading provider of

and commercial clients around the world, announced today that it has
acquired LAN Engineering of California.
LAN, with nearly 200 employees and seven offices, provides engineering
services – including program/project management, design development and
construction management consulting – to primarily public clients. The
acquisition of LAN strengthens AECOM’s transportation practice.
