Item 1 Comment:
This Amendment No. 3 ("Amendment No. 3") to Schedule 13D amends and supplements the initial statement on Schedule 13D originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") by the Reporting Person on May 24, 2024 (as amended prior to the filing of this Amendment No. 3, the "Schedule 13D"). This Amendment No. 3 is being filed to reflect a change in the percentage of the Common Stock owned by the Reporting Person as a result of a change in the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding and to update Schedule 1. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 3 shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Schedule 13D. | ||
