On October 2, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of approximately $155 million in share repurchases in the fourth quarter of its 2020 fiscal year, ending October 2, 2020, and that it had entered into an arrangement to repurchase up to an additional $300 million in shares in the first quarter of its 2021 fiscal year. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

AECOM announces completion of approximately $155 million stock repurchase program and initiation of additional up to $300 million repurchase program
LOS ANGELES (Oct. 2, 2020) – AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm, announced it expects to complete today an approximately $155 million share repurchase program, which was initiated in September. In addition, the Company has entered into a plan to repurchase up to $300 million of stock through open market repurchases based on a pre-determined pricing grid during the first quarter of fiscal year 2021. After giving effect to the September share repurchase program, the Company has approximately $605 million remaining under its existing Board repurchase authorization.
