|Tishman-AECOM joint venture wins US$16-million construction-management services contract for Phase 1 of U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) new headquarters in Washington, D.C.|

The Phase 1 construction program involves multiple, interdependent projects that Tishman-AECOM will manage, beginning with the new U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters building, parking structure, 80+ megawatt co-generation plant, and infrastructure projects.
The overall DHS headquarters consolidation is the largest current construction project in the U.S. and the largest federal project since construction of the Pentagon. All phases of the construction program, estimated to be US$3 billion to US$4 billion, are scheduled for completion during 2016.
