His advocacy and involvement span the spectrum of leading the design and execution of pioneering projects, to the research and development of new concepts, to serving as a speaker in key forums.

Mr. Chiao has spearheaded strategically significant and award-winning masterplans for new towns and regeneration of existing urban landscapes including the Kuala Lumpur River of Life masterplan; the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor; the redevelopment of the financial district of Fort Bonifacio in Metro Manila in the Philippines; and the rejuvenation of Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu, China.

Mr. Chiao is also a member of Harvard University’s Master in Design Engineering (MDE) External Advisory Board as well as University of Southern California’s (USC) Board of Advisors for the American Academy in China (AAC).
