John T. Livingston is Chairman and Senior Managing Director of AECOM Capital, Real Estate, for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a premier, fully integrated infrastructure firm that designs, builds, finances and operates assets for governments, businesses and organizations in more than 150 countries.

In this role, Mr. Livingston leads AECOM Capital’s Real Estate fund, using the company's balance sheet to provide credit support to real estate developers. He is also responsible for deal development and execution as well as managing the fund and optimizing investments during the construction and operational phases of each project.

Previously, Mr. Livingston had a successful tenure at Tishman Realty & Construction, which began in 1994 when he was named President of Tishman Urban Development Corporation, and later, President of Tishman Construction Corporation. Tishman Construction merged with AECOM in 2010, and Mr. Livingston was named Chief Executive of AECOM's Construction Services business line.

Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Livingston was named by Crain's New York magazine as one of its "40 Under 40" award recipients for outstanding business achievement in 1993. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as a member of the Advisory Board for the Institute of Urban Research at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Livingston is an adjunct professor for Columbia University's School of Business and for its master's in real estate program. He has also lectured at prestigious universities such as Cornell University, MIT and the University of Pennsylvania.
