Tom Peck is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), an $8-billion global provider of professional technical and management support services. AECOM’s 45,000 employees – including architects, engineers, designers, planners, scientists and management and construction services professionals – serve clients in more than 140 countries around the world.

In this position, Mr. Peck is responsible for elevating IT, maximizing its effectiveness and making it a competitive advantage for AECOM. He works side-by-side with operational leadership to ensure effective infrastructure and support as well as strategic alignment of the company’s technological platforms and investments.

Before joining AECOM, Mr. Peck was the CIO at Levi Strauss & Company, which operates four brands across 60,000 sales locations in 110 countries. Prior to Levi Strauss, he was the CIO at MGM Mirage where he led an IT transformation at this US$8-billion global leisure and hospitality company. In that role, he was responsible for technologies in hotel; casino and banking; restaurant and retail; supply chain and procure-to-pay; corporate; entertainment; and facilities and construction, including all technology-related investments in the 66-acre, mega-resort CityCenter that features many stateof- the-art innovations. He also oversaw global expansion into Asia, Europe and the Middle East for both companies.

Prior to these roles, he had an accomplished career at General Electric, culminating in the CIO role for NBC Universal’s US$14-billion global entertainment business unit.
